Phone system in the US is so complicated. I have to admit that I had a hard time understand this system when I was training in a call center a year ago. Now, with the basic knowledge faded, I have been completely clueless about it. Good thing that there is a site called areacodelocator.org which you can find area codes in just a snap of a finger. It also gives the caller the ability to locate and search phone numbers.
