CATHETER MADNESS

Last week when I went home from work my niece told me that my mother was already spending a lot of hours in the restroom after going to a store in the main city. I saw her sitting at the bowl crouching and agonizing because her pee doesn't go through. it was like something's blocking the way and it caused her a lot of trouble. I told her that I would take her to the hospital but she resisted.

at the middle of the night, she woke me up and pleaded me to take her to the hospital. with the aid of our neighbor we went to the hospital. In there the nurse put a catheter and she was relieved. at that time we instantly went home and I felt relief as well. But at the instant we opened our home door my mother felt the same thing and it was more intense. I thought she was just panicking but my mother pleaded me to take her to the hospital the second time. we went there again and that time another type of catheter was inserted. the one that would last for a couple of days. The doctor told me to look for a urologist because the urine sample was quite alerting. there were no infections but there's so much blood on the urine. this alerted me and my ANXIETY crept intensely.

we went home, and watched my mom sleep. I can't bear the thought of seeing her with something inserted in her. My mom was never been that sick before. I cried a lot because I was already thinking on the worst things like my mom maybe has a KIDNEY STONE, SHE WOULD NEED A KIDNEY DONOR, SHE WOULD BE PUT UNDER DIALYSIS and all those kind of stuff. I was so worried and I didn't sleep. maybe those things were caused by my anxiety. From time to time, I drain the catheter bag until the morning came.

Two weeks has passed and thank God after those process my mom was clear of everything. no infections, No stones and no damaged kidneys. I thank God because my OMINOUS thoughts didn't come into reality. The Ultrasound is fine and it showed that my mom has a very healthy set of kidneys and bladder. The blood was only the result of the inserted catheter. The urologist also noted that it's normal for women who undergone menopausal stage to have their "Pee Path" become narrow as they age.

I really thank God for what he has done to our family and somehow the best thing that it taught me is to have close ties with your family members. I was able to mingle with my sister-in-law and she was the reason why didn't pay a large amount worth of hospital bills. Also, the best thing is I was able to share my thoughts and my concerns and my anxieties.

MAYBE THE TIP THAT I COULD GIVE HERE IS TO EXPRESS YOURSELF AND NEVER BE ASHAMED TO TELL SOMEONE OF SOMETHING THAT'S BOTHERING YOU TOO MUCH. I was able to do that and somehow I regained strength.

ONE OF MY LONELIEST DAYS

It's been two months since we're together as a group but yet, there are things that you can't control and that is change. They say that change is inevitable... it's the only thing here that is constant. No words can express the loneliness I am feeling right now. The time has come that we have to have our own ways and thus, the group in which I belonged for quite some time will be gone. Yesterday was our graduation and each one of us will now be endorsed to different teams. It's nice to know that we will now be entering the production floor but the fact that the shared times- whether good or bad will now become a simple memory.

I would like to thank you guys for all the good times we shared. Even though our parting of ways is not amicable, you still made a slot in my heart and I won't forget it. For those who showed their true colors, for those who stayed as true friends and for those who never took sides-I love you! TXT TXT NA LANG!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I SAW HER.....

It's not that i'm prying too much on this issue but somehow i got fascinated and at the same time shocked with the things that I discovered. First, I logged on to my community site to promote my blog and answer pending messages. There was this guy whom I was able to get attention through the thread that I was posted and he asked me if I knew Je Ann de Gracia personally. I told him thate I just received the pictures from the mail and I only decided to put it in my blog. To my surprise he informed me that he was able to work with Je Ann at SMART telecommunications. I asked him if my blog is offensive to her memory but somehow he told me that I did just fine and he was thanking for this. There was also another guy who messaged me and he was asking the further details of the G2 post that I created. When we were at the middle of these things he told me that during the time of the explosion and the names of the dead people were posted, he immediately checked each names on Friendster. Some were there, and some are not. Some are restricted and the others didn't exist. Maybe they have a different name on their account or they have no account at all. He also told me that the one he was able to find and peruse the details was Je Ann's. I was shocked about this and did my own search. This is what I found. I saw her....

I suddenly felt so sad because her comments box were filled with a lot of good bye messages. The usually filled comments box with greetings are now consumed by messages expressing grief on someone who they instantly lost. I made my own comment for her... maybe someone's has access on her account that's why the messages are still posted. It's just very saddening....

THE EFFECTS OF COLD WATER

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
